Earthsight AI Consortium ("Earthsight," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what happens — and, just as important, what doesn't — when you visit earthsightai.org (the "Site").
This Site does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts, and it does not have a contact form, account system, or newsletter signup. When you use a "Get in touch," "Book a discovery call," or similar button, it opens your own email application with a pre-filled message — that message is sent from your email address to ours the same way any email is, and we don't receive or store anything through the Site itself.
The Site loads typefaces (Cormorant Garamond and Outfit) from Google Fonts. Loading a font from Google's servers means your browser sends Google a request that includes standard technical information such as your IP address, in line with Google's Privacy Policy. We don't control or receive this data ourselves.
The Site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like most web hosts, GitHub's infrastructure may log standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and request time) for security and operational purposes. See GitHub's Privacy Statement for details.
If you email us — whether through a link on this Site or directly — we'll use the information you send (such as your name, email address, and message) only to respond to you and, if you become a client, to deliver the services we've agreed to. We don't sell or share your contact information with third parties for marketing purposes.
The Site links to third-party resources, such as our white paper PDF and the Northern Arizona AI Meetup. We aren't responsible for the privacy practices of sites we link to — we'd encourage you to review their policies directly.
The Site is intended for a general adult audience — including educators considering our K–12 programs — and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Site.
We may update this policy from time to time as the Site or our services change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
